With Kendall Marshall still watching from the sidelines, the Tar Heels will play the Jayhawks to secure a spot in the Final Four tonight at 5:05 p.m.
No. 2 seed Kansas and No. 1 UNC, the second- and third-winningest basketball programs in the country, last played in 2008 in the Final Four. UNC lost, 84-66.

Marshall is still recovering from a scaphoid fracture in his right wrist from last weekend’s game against Creighton. Freshman Stilman White started as the point guard in Friday’s game against Ohio University, which UNC won in overtime, 73-65.
Kansas also had a tight game last round but managed to knock N.C. State out of the tournament on Friday with a final score of 60-57.
The winner will play the Ohio State Buckeyes next weekend.
