The C5 is built for flexibility: its pull handle adjusts screen height from 1.2 inches to 20 inches, while its tilt adjustment lets you angle the laptop.
That range makes it a practical fit for a workspace where sitting and standing are both part of the routine.
It also folds for storage and travel, supports up to 22 pounds, and fits laptops from 10 to 17 inches.
The tradeoff is its substantial footprint and weight compared with a basic riser, so it makes the most sense when adjustability matters more than carrying light.

Who Should Buy Nulaxy C5 Stand?
Good fit
Choose the C5 if you regularly alternate between seated and standing work and want the screen height to move with you. Its pull handle and broad adjustment range make that use case central to the design.
It is also a sensible fit for a permanent home or office desk where tilt adjustment, foldable storage, and laptop compatibility across 10 to 17 inches are useful priorities.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you need a very light stand to carry every day: the C5 weighs 4.16 pounds, which may be more to pack than a travel focused riser.
It may also be a poor fit for a cramped desk if its broad base would compete with other equipment; check the listed dimensions against your available surface.
Nulaxy C5 Stand: Height, Stability and Desk Fit
Height range for changing work positions
The 1.2 to 20 inch height span is the C5’s defining benefit for a sit-to-stand desk. A pull handle supports quick changes, while tilt adjustment offers another way to set the screen angle.
The practical value depends on matching that range to your desk and seated or standing position.
Desk stability and supported load
The stand supports up to 22 pounds and uses rubber pads and two pivot joints to promote stability.
Those details suit a desk setup with a laptop kept on the platform, but the support limit should guide device choice rather than encourage loading extra equipment onto the stand.
Compatibility and airflow
The 10 to 17 inch laptop range covers a broad span of notebook sizes, and the aluminum panel has a ventilation hole intended to improve heat dissipation.
Buyers should check their laptop size and keep the stand's stated load limit in mind before settling on it.
Storage and portability tradeoffs
The C5 folds compactly and needs no setup, making it easier to clear away between work sessions.
Its 4.16-pound weight and 12.87 by 12.05 inch base dimensions are relevant if it must travel often or share a small desk.
