Rumble Final Report and Documentation
What is RUMBLE! ?

RUMBLE! is a debate game that runs on any device in a web browser.

What does it do?

It provides a game structure that helps teachers facilitate class discussions.

What else?

Teachers can create debate topics they want students to talk about and customize each debate. Also, they can monitor student performance by accessing a dashboard on the web application.

Students can be debaters or voters in the game. The debaters are each assigned a position in regards to a topic randomly and voters will vote on the quality of the arguments presented by the debaters.

Why do this?

We want to help teachers who are frustrated with the quality and productivity of class discussions by providing them an easy-to-use and highly customizable tool.

We want to educate students by challenging them to think on both sides of any issue and state their arguments logically and constructively.

We want to improve the quality of public discourse in our society and we believe classroom is a great place to start.
